Orlye was assigned to support a volume relocation project with a CapEx of >10MM$. Orlye was in charge to enable the receiving site to store and pack new formulations (spirits) with complex packing scope (up to 12 bottle formats/line) in record timing.

Scope included the installation and commissioning of 2 high speed fully automatic bottling lines and storage systems upgrade.

Orlye offered: Project Management support , Start-Up Management Support, Instantaneous OEE methodology implementation and supported Capability building across site.

Project was announced as a global success, with the best running bottling line in the company.
